The Authorized Testing Center works with leading testing providers across multiple industries to provide professional testing for licensing/certifications in a wide variety of areas including IT Certifications, Job Placement, Workkeys ACT Paraprofessional, MTEL, Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Phlebotomy, and many more.

The Authorized Testing Center Proctor is responsible for managing the testing lab and supporting testing participants with a community-centered approach while protecting the integrity of all exams.

The Authorized Testing Center Proctor is responsible for managing the testing lab and supporting testing participants with a community-centered approach while protecting the integrity of all exams.
Responsibilities
- Meet the requirements and maintain certified Proctor/Administrator status for several different testing vendor partners.
- Monitor the testing center by conducting walk-throughs, via cameras and microphones.
- Learn and execute a variety of testing center procedures that are determined by the testing vendors.
- Complete startup and end-of-day procedures as defined by each vendor.
- Learn and manage several different testing portals.
- Fill out specific documentation for each test given.
- Validate candidate identification, capture signatures, capture candidate photographs.
- Register candidates using the testing vendor software.
- Check availability for seating to schedule candidate's appointments.
- Create schedule and manage seating availability.
- Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- High School Degree or HiSET/GED Certificate.
- Strong communications skills (reading, verbal and written).
- Ability to identify and resolve computer problems.
- Experience with Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Motivated to learn.
