Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
Experience working in an education environment preferred.
Excellent computer skills and strong communication skills required.
Description:
The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to work with energetic students, and the ability to relate well within the school community. Assist the Athletic Director/Assistant Principal for Activities in the planning, organization, and coordination of athletics and co-curricular events.

Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedules, and facility reservations for all athletic practices, games, meetings, and other student activities.

Serve as a liaison between the athletic department and coaches, parents, students, vendors, staff and school administration.

Prepare and distribute communications including announcements, newsletters, and game or event schedules.

Maintain accurate records related to student athlete eligibility, physicals, and consent forms in accordance with school and state regulations.

Coordinate transportation and logistics for all athletic events including scheduling buses and communicating changes.

Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of athletic and activity related equipment, uniforms, and awards.

Monitor and track athletic and activities department budget expenditures and assist with purchase orders and invoices.
- Update school website and digital signage as needed relating to athletic/activities events.
- Process all fundraising requests and organize club-related financial transactions, including deposits.
- Manage payment processing for officials and game/event staff, including preparing pay vouchers.
- Provide scheduling and administrative support for the Assistant Principal, including observation scheduling and calendar management.

Terms of employment:
