Qualifications :
High School diploma / GED required.
Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience required.
Experience working in an education environment preferred.
Excellent computer skills and strong communication skills required.
Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and committment to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Description :
The School District of Springfield Township is seeking candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, the desire to work with energetic students, and the ability to relate well within the school community. - Receptionist to the Administration building.
- Administrative Assistant support to the Technology Department which includes but is not limited to the following : Tracking / maintaining purchase orders, requisitiong and payments of bills; create technology department newsletter for staff; book conferences and travel for the department; create new staff onboarding documents; receive deliveries; purchase supplies; notes for all department meetings; responsive to help desk questions and password resets.
- Support the HR Department with volunteer clearances.

Terms of employment :
12 month, full-time position, 7 hours per day to be determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement to begin as soon as possible.
