Springfield Utility Board is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant DIVISION: Customer Service & Marketing REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Supervisors BARGAINING UNIT: IBEW Local 659 STATUS/HOURS: Non-Exempt / Union / Full-Time / 40 hours a week / M - F / 8:00 – 5:00 HOURLY RANGE: CSA 1 – 1st six months $22.93/hrCSA 2 – 2nd six months $24.02/hrCSA 3 – 3rd six months $25.25/hrPosition will start as a CSA 1 at $22.93/hr.
