We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Lead Technician to join our team in Greater Philadelphia. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in low voltage engineering, fire alarm system troubleshooting, and life safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming complex fire alarm systems, including High-Rise Voice and Smoke Control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, program, and troubleshoot advanced fire alarm systems.
- Ensure life safety compliance by adhering to industry regulations and codes.
- Conduct system inspections, testing, and maintenance.
- Work with high-rise voice evacuation and smoke control systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure seamless system integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports of installations and repairs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Fire alarm Technician.
- Proven expertise in programming and troubleshooting complex fire alarm systems (High-Rise Voice, Smoke Control, etc.).
- Gamewell fire alarm system experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage engineering and alarm system troubleshooting.
- Fire alarm system certifications (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Local candidates only (Greater Philadelphia area).
