Job Summary:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will support senior attorneys in handling both plaintiffs' and defense cases in personal injury law. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Case Support:
- Assist senior attorneys in managing personal injury cases, including plaintiffs' and defense work.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to ongoing cases.
- Participate in depositions, court hearings, and mediations as required.
- Client Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage a caseload as your skills and experience grow.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure deadlines are met and client needs are addressed.
Qualifications:
- Licensing:
- Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar or eligibility to practice law in Oklahoma.
- Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in personal injury or litigation law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $77,072.00 - $84,284.00 per year
