Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and appliances (HVAC certification preferred).
- Assist with snow removal as needed.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on an on-call basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance roles within residential real estate.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC/appliance troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid South Dakota driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between properties.
- Must own basic tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
