Digital Press Operator (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Employee-Owned Company
Shift: 2nd Shift (2 PM – 10 PM) | 3rd Shift (10 PM – 6 AM)

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up and operate an HP Indigo 6K label press while ensuring high production efficiency and quality. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate an HP Indigo 6K label press following SOPs and work instructions
- Monitor production efficiency and quality while maintaining accurate documentation
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform corrective actions when needed
- Minimize remakes by identifying quality issues early and communicating effectively
- Perform clean-up and maintenance per company procedures
- Sustain a high rate of productivity and meet expected set-up times and run speeds
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in digital press operation or other technical machinery
Experience with basic quality systems and documentation
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and overtime as needed
Strong math and ruler skills (including metric/inch conversions)
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40-50 lbs, and work at a computer for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.27 - $24.33 per hour
