The position of Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA) Therapist is a critical role in our organization. As an ABA Therapist, you will work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and improve quality of life. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help us deliver evidence-based programs and therapies that give youth and adults more positive, active, and social lives.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience implementing ABA programming with behavioral interventions. You should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, family members, and guardians to ensure seamless coordination of care. Additionally, you must have strong clinical records management skills to guarantee information is readily available to interested parties.
