What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registration Specialist position at SpringHill Experiences?
The Registration Specialist works with registration software, ensuring the registration of campers is user friendly, answering phone calls from parents and performing duties on opening and closing days. The Registration Specialist assists with data entry and is responsible to organize camper cards/information, create late arrival and early check out lists and runs relevant reports.
Job Functions
- Attend team evening and morning meeting Bible study.
- Follow schedule set by Assistant Site Leader (office).
- Follow-up, schedule and plan for the registration needs for campers.
- Engage with parents via phone, email, and/or in person as needed.
- Assist in the organization of opening and closing day systems and processes.
- Participate in a variety of tasks and responsibilities to facilitate the SpringHill Experience for guest groups and families during the summer.
- Commitment to the mission and ministry philosophy of SpringHill.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience with data entry in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift, bend, and twist.
- Ability to push and pull loads.
- Must be able to lift frequently up to 35 lbs.; occasionally 35-100 lbs. with assistance.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
