Springhill Rehabilitation and Senior Residence is a 151-bed, skilled nursing facility located on the Springhill Medical Center campus, dedicated to providing quality short term rehabilitation care and long-term care while fostering a homelike social environment.
The Unit Manager will be responsible for helping to ensure that the facility operates according to policy and regulatory guidelines. Position is Monday - Friday with some weekends required.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Job Requirements:
- Management Experience is preferred
- Med-Surg experience is preferred
- Must have great customer service skills and leadership abilities.
- Must be organized and have computer skills.
