This role is responsible for assisting in delivering a high-quality breakfast experience to our guests. This person will be need be high energy, engaging and provide the guests with an experience that will help to start their day with a smile! Someone who is detail oriented, has great communication skills and comfortable with maintaining a clean environment to include stocking food and service ware for the breakfast buffet and clearing tables. They will be working closely with guests, so they will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are required for this position.

Your role:
- Prepare foods such as cut fruit, coffee, juices, cereals, breads, etc.
- Replenish food on cold lines and buffets as needed and inspect display tables
- Observe and ask guests about their needs and levels of satisfaction with the food and/or service, describe and answer questions for guests about menu items, talk with guests to create a friendly atmosphere and respond to their questions about area information and attractions
- Stock coffee, juice, milk, dry items, china, glass, silver, etc; set chafing dishes, steam tables heat lamps, signs and easels, flowers, newspapers, and self-serve utensils
- Bus, clear, and clean tabbles as they become available; wash utensils, china, etc; clean up spills; remove trash; replenish guest tables and self-service stations as needed
- Clean work areas and floors for appearance and safet
Ability to effectively communicate with guests and peers, ability to speak/understand English required
Ability to recognize considtions that promot food contamination and take appropriate action
Ability to adhere to sanitation guidelines
Ability to multitask
ABility to effectively resolve guest complains and concerns
Hgih school diploma preferred
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.Salary : $20
