What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Van Driver position at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boise ParkCenter?
Front Desk Agent 40 hours per week. Shift will be 3pm to 11pm and possibly a few 7am to 3pm shifts. Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
Summary: Guest Service
Ensure that all guests receive courteous and efficient check-in and check out experience and guest service standards are followed at all times. Handle guest issues, complaints and requests and proactively resolve in a manner satisfactory to the guest and to the hotel. Answer guests questions about the local area. Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette. Transport guests to and from the airport and downtown area periodically. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must have a valid drivers licenses with limited points on their driving record and must be 18 years of age or older.
