Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and other information.
- Provide information about local attractions, directions, and transportation options.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Job Type: Part-time
