As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in driving revenue and achieving our business goals. You will assist with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and sales initiatives, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents and presentations.
- Assist with sales inquiries and requests, providing prompt and professional responses to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate meetings, events, and site tours for prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including contracts, bookings, and client information.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and promotional collateral.
- Monitor and update social media channels and online listings to enhance the hotel's online presence.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends.
- Prepare and generate reports related to sales activities and performance.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor.
