The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and will be responsible for working closely with the Front Desk Manager to oversee all aspects of the front desk operations. We offer an excellent training environment!
This individual will be responsible for meeting all guest service standards, managing front desk staff, and all performance-related tasks that promote maximum hotel revenue. Marriott experience is strongly preferred and prior FOSSE experience is required.
