Housekeeper / Room Service Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all parts of the hotel. This role is essential in ensuring that all spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Manage housekeeping duties effectively in hospitality settings to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment and floor care techniques is beneficial.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
