What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Helper position at SpringHill Suites by Marriott?
Responsible for assisting General Manager with maintenance jobs including light plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, inventory of parts, work orders in the rooms and public areas, ensuring grounds are clean and presentable, and most importantly performing preventative maintenance in all rooms 4 times a year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
