Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
- Manage maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Oversee electrical maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize maintenance management systems to track work orders and equipment status.
- Collaborate with management to implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance team members for optimal performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising experience in industrial maintenance
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and conducting maintenance tasks
- Strong electrical experience, including working with high and low voltage systems
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems and practices
- Experience with HVAC systems and facilities management
- Ability to lead projects and manage a team effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
