What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boat Rental Reservationist position at SpringHill Suites - Island Park Yellowstone?
The Boat Reservationist at the Macks Inn boat office is responsible for checking in and assisting customers with their boat rental reservations. Macks Inn River Adventure rents rafts, canoes, kayaks, and tubes while shuttling the customers and their boats up the river. Employees will have several opportunities to float the river and have evenings off. There is limited housing available for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Take calls for future and current reservations and assist customers with any reasonable request.
- Maintain the reservation system to ensure that appropriate notes and payments are correct and accurate.
- Assist any walk-up customers.
- Check-in customers and ensure that all participants have signed the waiver and agreed to the terms and conditions of the rental.
Skills:
- Proven phone and communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
