Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and order within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and housekeeping management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are kept clean and organized
- Create daily room assignments and assign tasks to associates
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring that rooms meet company and brand standards
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs and requests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Address and resolve any guest or staff complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Manage personnel effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
- May need to assist in cleaning rooms, public spaces as well as assist in laundry
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, floor care, and custodial operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
Candidates interested in this position should be willing to work weekends and holidays. Shift lengths can vary depending upon business needs. Candidates without previous hotel experience will not be considered for this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
