Now Hiring: Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor
We are looking for associates and leaders with a creative mind who can develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and guest satisfaction. Your role is key to the overall success in our F&B department. This role is a great starting point and can advance to a management position in the future.
In this role, the ideal candidate will support and lead the successful operation of our Food and Beverage program. Our dining and beverage outlet and our events at our hotel provide great exposure of our venue for receptions, meetings, trainings, and reunions as well as service to our internal guests with our complimentary breakfast and great F&B options for lunch and dinner.
This role will include evening and weekend shifts to support the success of the F&B operation.
Experience and knowledge Food and Beverage is required, as well as proven ability to successfully organize and lead others.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Generate profitable revenues to achieve the financial goals of the department.
Develop and lead operational efforts and strategies of the hotel F&B department to operate safely and efficiently,
Provide supervisory guidance and assistance for the F&B team.
Support the roles of the department by effectively covering bartender, cook, lunch and breakfast attendant shifts as needed.
Support and lead the overall operation of the hotel as needed in the Manager on Duty role.
