Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Cheerfully wait on guests, make recommendations, and up-sell drinks.
- Create and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Process all cash and charge transactions according to established procedures.
- Stock side stations with garnishes, bar mats, mixers, ice, and jiggers.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with stocking beverages and mixes.
- Close checks and run reports at the end of each shift.
- Maintain clean bar tables, chairs, stools, and counter surfaces at all times.
