Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the property.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during their stay.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
