We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Fabricate parts as needed and perform welding tasks to ensure equipment functionality.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong supervisory skills when required.
