What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager (AGM)-Salaried position at Springhill Suites West Mifflin (PA) (Radius Hospitality)?
Candidate must possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations, a positive attitude, and provide support to the General Manager. Must be able to train and motivate associates to perform to the best of their abilities in order to exceed all brand requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner, recognizing Choice Reward Members and returning guests.
Oversee the hotel in the absence of the General Manager including: Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, Food & Beverage and Human Resources.
Schedule will vary with the business levels and needs of the hotel, but will include nights, weekends and holidays.
Strive to increase the level of Guest Satisfaction by delivery of an improved experience through associate development and quality image.
Address guest issues and resolve problems.
Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action per company policy.
Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities during multiple shifts per week.
Support team members to ensure their entire workload is completed on a daily basis.
Cross-train in every position within the hotel, learning the duties of each position, with the ability to perform those tasks & duties when needed or when help is requested.
All other duties as assigned by the General Manager, based on the needs of the hotel.
