Duties:
- Check-in & check-out guests using FOSSE PMS.
-Take telephone calls and make room reservations.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and managing reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate daily accounting records.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel lobby.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively.
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk using FOSSEE.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Ability to handle guest relations with tact and diplomacy.
