What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor position at Springhill Suites?
The duties and qualities expected of a housekeeper are as follows:
-Complete entire assigned board of rooms each day.
-Properly sanitize, clean and set up each assigned room while following Marriott's procedures, ensuring to remove all traces of the previous guest.
-Ability to be a team player when directed, as well as being content and confident with independent work.
-Providing a warm greeting to each guest you encounter and happily following through with any special request.
-Punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Able to take direction and properly follow through with delegated tasks.
-Starting pay may be subject to an increase if the applicant has 2 consecutive years or more of housekeeping experience.
