We are looking for responsible, dependable person who is detail-oriented and capable of assisting our maintenance associate with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks for our hotel. Must be available to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on facilities including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers to diagnose and address issues in manufacturing machinery.
- Conduct welding tasks to repair metal structures and equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests promptly.
Qualifications
- English proficiency
- Mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers
- Welding skills
- Electrical experience
- Strong residential painting skills
- Previous supervising experience
- Background in manufacturing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with CMMS
- Leadership abilities
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter
