Breakfast Attendant 5am-11:30am
Duties:
- Set up breakfast buffet and ensure it is fully stocked with fresh food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and counters
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed throughout breakfast hours
- Assist guests with any questions or requests regarding the breakfast offerings
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service
- Assist with catering events as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic culinary skills such as food preparation
