What We're Looking For

- BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to comprehensive patient assessments in collaboration with registered nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patients for potential adverse reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and follow-up care
- Identify potential safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
