Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional crew leader that will run their own team here at Springmill Group. Our company specializes in lawn care, landscaping, and window & gutter cleaning. You will be responsible for your team and your own work.

Duties

• Driving truck & trailer
• Interacting with clients
• Managing team and delegating tasks
• Creating a positive work environment
• Variety of outdoor tasks: plant installations, hardscaping, excavation, mulching, window & gutter cleaning, construction
• Driving, delivering materials, and working alongside your team
• Ensuring team operates in safe conditions

Skills

• Positive attitude and team-building skills
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Strong understanding of English, or the desire to learn
• Ability to speak Spanish is valued, or the desire to learn
• Knowledge of plants, outdoor trades, and construction are valued
• The desire to learn and improve oneself

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
