Springpoint Senior Living, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to join our Springpoint Choice team! Springpoint Choice is a membership program that makes senior care planning easy, affordable, and secure. It is offered by Springpoint, the Mid-Atlantic's leading provider of senior care and housing services. Reporting to the SVP & Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing the business's strategic vision and leading the business decisions to drive company growth. Some duties include collaborating with Springpoint senior leadership team, implementing strategic plans for the company's development and managing external and internal relationships.
Responsibilities : Administrative
- Manage all related plans, monthly reports, surveys, and forms.
- Oversee application process including meetings with the medical director, care navigators and sales team.
- Review and determine eligibility of requested services for members with care navigators.
- Keep abreast of the competitive marketplace and adjust as necessary to meet business plans.
- Plan long and short-range objectives in concert with the strategic vision plan and develop effective work schedules to meet goals and objectives.
Budget and Planning
Forecast the operational and capital needs of the department.Continuously seek new programs / processes for revenue enhancement.Monitor and control all expenses through financial analysis of reports; oversee purchasing and contracted services.Review of SSLs policies and procedures regarding vendor purchasing.Review contracted services for compliance and assurance of the highest level of satisfaction.Keep abreast of economic conditions to ensure financial viability.Marketing
Develop and implement the marketing plan with assistance from the Vice President of Marketing and Home Office Sales and Marketing Team.Participate and present in educational seminar events with sales and marketing team.Seek and develop a professional relationship with the surrounding marketplace, including civic and relative agencies, groups or organizations.Represent SSL and the community in a professional manner when attending programs, training or continuing education.Participate in national "at Home" program meetings and conferences to further educate and expand program.Human Resources
Facilitate the personnel management services including guidance in all areas of hiring, staff retention and termination.Be knowledgeable of employee manuals, contracts and work rules information including union contract, if applicable.Understand employment laws and regulations.Ensure and promote an effective staff development and employee recognition and incentive program.Ensure appropriate salary and wage administration.Education and Experience :
