As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for responding to resident calls and requests, determining appropriate courses of action, and taking necessary actions when the fire alarm system is triggered or the emergency call system is activated.

- Responding to resident calls and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Determining an appropriate course of action for facility-related calls and taking necessary steps to address any issues.
- Conducting rounds to check empty apartments and becoming familiar with all circuit breaker locations.
- Providing assistance and support to residents, including administering first aid and escorting paramedics into the building.
What It Takes:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in security preferred.
