Overview: At Springpoint Living, we are seeking highly skilled Security Guards to ensure the overall safety and security of our facilities and community. Responsibilities:
- Respond to resident calls and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Determine appropriate courses of action in response to facility-related calls.
- Respond to the fire alarm system, read panel, and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
- Administer first aid as needed and escort paramedics into the building during emergencies.
- Make rounds and check empty apartments to ensure they are secure.
- Become familiar with all circuit breaker locations and know how to shut down the sprinkler system and drain it.
- Maintain outside patrols during inclement weather to identify potential safety issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in security is preferred.
