Resident Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Springpoint Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing case management services, facilitating family involvement, and promoting interactive problem-solving with staff. You will also assist with move-in and orientation of new residents, monitor and maintain records, and participate in resident-centered activities programs.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement case management services to support residents' physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
• Facilitate family involvement through regular communication, events, and activities, promoting a sense of community and connection among residents and their loved ones.
• Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents, providing a smooth transition and ensuring they feel welcome and supported. Assist residents and their families with move-out procedures, if necessary, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing stress.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records reflecting residents' wellbeing, documenting incidents and progress as needed.
• Participate in and promote interactive problem-solving with staff, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes resident needs and satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate resident-centered activities programs, including intergenerational initiatives that bring residents, families, and the community together.
• Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and the community, promoting socialization, engagement, and a sense of purpose.
• Promote positive public relations through media outreach and special events, showcasing Springpoint Living's commitment to excellence and resident-focused care.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
