* Minimum of High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent training and experience to sufficiently demonstrate the knowledge and perform the abilitieslisted in the job description;
* 3 years experience in school food service required, preferably in a lead role.
Required Licenses and/or Certificates:
* A valid Food Safety or Food Protection Manager Certification accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) maintained throughout employment with the LEA. Examples of accredited food protection manager certifications include:
* ServSafe Food Protection Manager;
* State Food Safety Manager (FSM);
* Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP);
* Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS);
* Food Protection Manager (FPM).
* In order to operate a vehicle in the performance of duties, operator must possess an appropriate valid California Driver’s License and maintain possession of such license during the course of
employment;
* Have an acceptable driving record;
* Must be insurable under our vehicle insurance.
