We are currently looking to hire an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to serve as our Resident Care Coordinator and become a key member of our health services team!

Responsibilities for our Resident Care Coordinator include the following:
- Filling other gaps in CNA/Med Tech schedule, as needed fill in for regular shifts
- Maintaining CNA/Med Tech schedule.
- Assisting with new hire training as assigned by the administration.
- Maintaining MAR, handling communication regarding medications, cycling medications, and maintaining an organized medication cart.
- Coordinating with Home Health and Hospice Companies.
- Organizing monthly In-service training.
- Maintaining shift change notes.
- Communicating regularly with administration.
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned by administration.
Must have current CNA license and experience caring for elderly residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting.

Experience with Medication Assistance is preferred.
