Role Overview:
As a Corporate Communications Specialist, you will help tell the Springs Window Fashions story—both internally to our associates and externally to key stakeholders. You will play a key role in crafting clear, engaging, and strategic communications that support our business goals, company culture, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications
- Assist in executing communication strategies to engage and inform Springs Window Fashions associates.
- Write, edit, and publish content for internal channels, including emails, newsletters, the intranet, and digital signage.
- Support communication efforts for company events such as Town Halls, Leadership Meetings, and associate engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure key messages are effectively delivered across the organization.
External Communications
- Support media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating with PR agencies.
- Help manage corporate social media content (i.e. LinkedIn and Glassdoor), ensuring alignment with brand and communication goals.
- Assist in creating content for Springs’ corporate website and external-facing materials.
Content Development & Brand Voice
- Write and edit a variety of content, including executive messaging, talking points, presentations, and reports.
- Ensure consistent tone, style, and voice across all corporate communications.
Project Management & Coordination
- Develop calendar and process for corporate communications initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects related to corporate branding, associate engagement, and employer branding.
- Help track communication effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
- Maintain corporate communication materials and templates.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design skills (e.g. Microsoft Powerpoint)
