Springs Window Fashions is hiring for a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in the Madison, WI area.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days each week in office, two days working remotely.

Job Summary
Project Management plays a crucial role in driving the successful execution of initiatives at Springs Window Fashions through effective collaboration with project teams. The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager role is responsible for working with the leadership team to create, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives. The position requires strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovative thinking, and the capability to successfully manage and implement multiple projects. This project manager will direct cross-functional teams to drive key organizational projects that will result in both the short and long-term growth of the organization.
Key Job Duties:
- Support business unit leadership in the development and execution of strategies to improve customer experience, distribution, technology, and organizational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of business-critical projects and programs
- Facilitate groups of senior leaders to define organizational goals and develop solutions
- Analyze performance data to measure goal achievement and adjust the solutions approach as required
- Oversees projects to achieve defined business outcomes. Leads high performing cross-functional teams to project success.
Additional Job Duties:
- Demonstrates business acumen and leadership to drive results, remove execution barriers and anticipate and manage risks. Escalate risks as needed. Seek to learn assigned business function, challenges, barriers, needs, as well as enabling processes and systems, to deliver desired outcomes.

- Maintain effective communication with project team and internal/external stakeholders including producing accurate project status reports, decision logs, etc. to ensure team alignment and to drive forward progress.
Education and Experience
- Five or more years of experience leading strategy projects
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Lean certification(s) preferred
- Data Strategy/Analysis Experience preferred
- Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams through all project phases while managing risk and project finances
- Experience interacting with and presenting project updates to senior business leaders
- Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate and manage changing deadlines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience utilizing project management tools, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
