Job Description
Summary:
A regional manager will oversee the success of Shop at Home and Installed Services organization by recruiting, training, and developing a network of Design Consultant associates and Window Treatment Specialist contractor agencies. The goal is to manage leads, achieve sales targets, and deliver key results for our Shop at Home programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Shop at Home sales for accountable regions by tracking key metrics, creating action plans, setting expectations, and following progress against actions and goals.
- Manage performance of Design Consultants and WTS Contractor Agencies by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and enhance customer relationships with District, Regional, and National Sales Managers at key accounts, providing feedback on product, process, and competitive activity.
- Communicate regularly with Customer Service, Field Sales, Retail Sales Managers, and National Account teams to evaluate local action plans and strategies.
Requirements
- An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of previous related work experience are required.
- A background check and local licensing may be required in some municipalities.
