What you do in this role:
- Understands and adheres to hospital compliance plan and code of conduct.
- Respects confidentiality at all times; follows HIPAA guidelines for disclosing information.
- Adhere to facility, department, corporate, personnel and standard policies and procedures.
- Treats all patients, visitors, and co-workers with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or current clinical license strongly required; Masters degree preferred.
- Current encumbered clinical licensure strongly preferred.
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
- Previous utilization review experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime, travel 50% /-
