Kitchen Assistant

• This person will be responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch, and snack for the schools classrooms.
• This person will be responsible for assisting in cleaning the kitchen.
• Prepares the meals for the school.
• Serving of the meals to the classrooms.
• Assisting in maintenance and cleaning of the school common areas (hallways, lobby, restrooms, break room) as time allows
• Ensure paper products are stocked and maintained.
• Participates in required in-services and all cook training's.
• Cook Assistant must have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, the agility to bend, stoop, walk, reach overhead, push / pull, squat, twist, and turn.

When Cook is absent, the Assistant Cook is responsible for the following :

The hours for this position are 6 : 30 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.

Salary : $13 - $14
