Landscaping Foreman

Job Summary
The Landscape Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing landscape maintenance projects and ensuring high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of groundskeeping, garden care, and landscape maintenance. The Landscape Supervisor will lead a team in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that all work meets the company's standards for quality and aesthetics.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain and build landscapes, including planting, pruning, and caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Oversee lawn care activities such as mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Train team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Manage equipment maintenance to ensure all tools are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.

Pay: $27.40 - $29.28 per hour
