We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Springtime Pediatrics. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment while addressing their needs. Your contributions will be essential in helping us maintain our philosophy of comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately.
• Handle data entry tasks efficiently to maintain up-to-date patient information.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with office procedures and software is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
