We are seeking a Special Education Teacher to join our team at Springtime School, a private institution dedicated to assisting individuals with autism in reaching their full educational, social, and emotional potential.
The ideal candidate will oversee individualized education programs for K-12 students who have been diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. This includes developing, implementing, and relating daily activities and special needs to the core curriculum using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to encourage optimal educational outcomes.
- Assess student needs, create, and implement instructional programs.
- Utilize various assessments and evidence-based teaching techniques based on ABA.
- Work in a small classroom setting with a registered behavior technician and focus on meeting educational goals collaboratively.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Special Education

- Current Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certificate
