Office Assistant - Leasing Office
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; other minor duties may be assigned.
- Under the direction of the Resident Manager the Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the rental office, rental inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents and having letter writing ability.
- As an Office Assistant, you are there for each potential resident through the entire apartment rental process- greeting, answering their questions, efficiently processing their application, and supporting them through their move-in date to create a hassle-free transition into their new residence.
- Support the Resident Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones, setting up appointments, and performing other administrative tasks such as file management.
- Prepare all lease-related documents promptly. Including, but not limited to, rental applications, rental criteria, property brochures, and other information for presentation to prospects.
