SpringVale Health Centers (SVHC), based in Dover, OH, is a rapidly growing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing primary care, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.
SVHC is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist who will also serve as the Dental Director.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Dental School Program,
- Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio,
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate through an electronic medical record,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team,
- Ability to supervise team members, and
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics related to delivery of services to both children and adults.
The position will provide direct supervision to the Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants, while working collaboratively with Front Office Staff. Additionally, the individual will work directly with the Administrative Team to develop and implement best practices for delivering high quality dental care and ensuring the attainment of financial benchmarks.

SVHC offers flexibility in scheduled hours; some evening hours required. No weekend hours.
