Job Summary
We are seeking a part time Office Manager who is organized and able to work independently to oversee daily operations of a slow paced, family owned storage facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, able to make collection calls . Must be a people person and have great phone etiquette. Hours will be M, W, F 8am-4pm. Occasionally a Tuesday or Thursday 8am-noon.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Manage customer accounts, including making collection calls.
- Rent storage units.
- Answer phones
- Maintain filing systems.
- Occasionally go to Post Office
- Daily grounds checks.
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills & phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer skills, Will train on our specific software program
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
