What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse LPN - Assisted Living - 11 to 7 Every Other Weekend position at Springwell Senior Living Community?
We are seeking Charge Nurse LPNs (Every Other Weekend) for the 11pm to 7am shift to join our Assisted Living team! You can also pick up open shifts PRN. You'll be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day delivery of health services at Springwell by interacting with residents and their family members, as well as overseeing the work of our CNA and CMT caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a high performance service delivery team who support residents in activities of daily living
- Assure the execution of customized resident service plans during your shifts
- Work in close partnership with the Director of Nursing, Delegating RN & Memory Care Director as well as Physicians, Rehab Therapists, Pharmacy and other Partners-in-Care
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents, co-workers, families and guests.
- Encourage teamwork, promote wellness, support open communication and collaborative problem solving among co-workers. Lead by example.
- Maintain accurate resident medical records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved program with a current State of Maryland license as an LPN .
- Minimum of three years' LPN experience required plus specific experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
- Minimum of two years’ nursing management experience in a Charge Nurse role
- Ability to build rapport with residents and their families
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
